Can I talk to a therapist?

The Office of the Dean of Students prioritizes the health and well-being of all students. Any students seeking counseling currently have three options.

California College of ASU has partnered with Care Solace to support the well-being of students, staff, and their family members. Care Solace is a complimentary and confidential care coordination service that can help you quickly find mental health or substance use treatment options matched to your needs regardless of circumstance.

If you would like to use Care Solace to help you find a provider:

  • Call 888-515-0595 available 24/7/365 in any language

  • Visit www.caresolace.com/ccasustudents and either search on your own OR click “Book Appointment” for assistance by video chat, email, or phone.

We have also partnered with ASU, and are able to offer our students access to ASU's free 24/7 chat line for confidential support. Go to eoss.asu.edu/counseling to get started.

Students can also call (480) 965 - 6146 for assistance with finding a referral for psychological services, with or without insurance-- make sure to identify yourself as a California College student.

For a list of available resources, please visit our Digital Resource & Solidarity Library. Students may also reach out to the California Center Dean of Students, Dr. Stacey Freeman (stacey.freeman@asu.edu), for more information.

How do I get health insurance?

For support with obtaining Health Insurance, please email insurance@asu.edu, and identify yourself as a California College student.
