How can I change my preferred name and pronouns?
Please email the Title IX Coordinator, Kristina Mackey, at kmackey6@californiacollege.asu.edu for further assistance.
How do I take time off from school (take a leave of absence)?
Taking time off from school is a serious decision, and it’s important to have support. Any students considering taking a semester (or more) off from school need to contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@columbiacollege.edu.
Keep in mind that, per Department of Education requirements, students cannot take a leave of absence exceeding 180 days within a 12-month period. This means that you could, potentially, take either Spring or Fall off, but never both.
How do I withdraw from California College of ASU?
Students may find themselves needing to withdraw from the college for a variety of reasons. Any students who are considering leaving the school should reach out to an Advisor by submitting a Helpdesk ticket.
How do I find out more about diversity and inclusion at California College of ASU? What about student clubs?
Please contact ASU Student Engagement Manager, Angela Leavitt, at angelaleavitt@asu.edu.
What if I am interested in work-study job opportunities?
Students who are interested in work-study job opportunities should visit https://californiacollege.asu.edu/admissions/financial-aid/types/federal-work-study. Students may email Tifani Johnson if they have additional questions at tjohn257@californiacollege.asu.edu.
